So I was completing my required on-line ethics training. One entire segment was devoted to recognizing the can vs should. So you have to wonder if the people making these decisions also took this training. Can you do mass layoffs during a global pandemic? Yes .....Should you? Did they even consider the should you?
Should you drag this out with no information at all passed down? I’ve had meetings with my dept, several depts together and my entire town hall meeting with the entire area and not once was any lay-off flow down discussed and no time was left for Q&A. My only source of information is this website.
