It’s only a matter of time before being caught. The UAW is proof. What is going on with our Union? Why isn’t the audit complete after 10 months? That’s not the norm. Why is it taking so long? Why isn’t the Union keeping us updated regarding the audit? Is anyone else concerned? We deserve answers, it’s our money they have, it’s our money they keep taking.

NLRB is nothing compared to who we already have looking into our sh–show. Feds showed up to audit in Jan 2020. Audit is still not complete. That means they’re looking into ALOT. Just waiting now.
No... Its your money yes. They only take because you give it to them. Its a simple idea, really. I have an idea. Grow a pair, have an off site meeting for petition, and have the NLRB come in and conduct the vote. Don't use company time or the union can file charges as it being illegal. I was told 50% +1 for petition, 2/3 for the NLRB removal vote. I inquired as I see our union, IAM, as completely useless. I mean we have the same national, right? First page "...blah, blah, ...management discretion..." Really all you need to see. We basically pay a 1% fee to work here, for these wages. Not trying to clown but good luck to you guys, hope you at least got your T-shirt? We get 1 every 4 years. And a pencil.
