After 15 years at Marathon, I was laid off yesterday. I will miss my job, but I'm okay with what happened. It was a good run, done with great people who I'm proud to call not just my coworkers but my friends. The package I received is fair and it's enough for me to take some time before I decide what to do next. I just wanted to say goodbye and good luck to the rest of you! I leave with no hard feelings.

Package if you have more than two years is 2 weeks of pay/$10,000 in salary + a prorated bonus at target % in 2021. Least anyone can get is 8 weeks pay.
Average employee is probably getting around 20 weeks of pay + 10-12% bonus next year.
It s—s that so many people were laid off (I was too), but it's a fairly generous package for most people.
My husband got laid off yesterday after 13 years. He is heartbroken as he loved his job and the folks he worked with. He also has no hard feelings, however, change is always hard. With the severance package they outlined online...we will be just fine if it takes him several months to find work. It's just sad. Good luck to all.
What was your package per year of service?
