It doesn’t matter what company you work for, there will be employees who take advantage either of each other or of the system. When COVID-19 hit and stores were implementing various temporary policies, there were many who took advantage of it - deny it all you want but you know it’s true. It made it difficult for associates such as myself - but we pressed on. Now I am hearing some of you complain because you can no longer take advantage of a policy that was meant to help you. Well excuse me if I don’t give a damn. You get to work like the rest of us, s— it up, buttercup.

You put in your time and then go home dumb f—, it doesn't matter what anyone else does or doesn't do. The 2 posts below are spot on, Walmart made there bed and now they're forced to hire the crack heads that no one else will hire. The few decent employees left couldn't care less about the success of this lying stealing greedy sh–hole of a company
Blame the HO. The HO (the Home Office, aka the Hopeless Orifice) has created the abhorrent work environments at the stores and clubs. Word gets out into the communities about how awful it is working for Walmart and Sam's. Only the desperate and those that can't get hired anywhere else apply. It's not like Walmart has high standards anyway. At least lately.
The quality associates that Walmart has have been around for 10+ years, usually much longer. But they have been beaten them down so much over the past decade they no longer care. And they are finding new excuses every day to get rid of them.
You get what you pay for. Offer the lowest possible wages? Get treated as a subhuman while on the clock? Be forced to work at Walmart's convenience and not yours? You're going to get the detritus of the human race.
Deal with it!
