Employees are already chosen.
They are probably looking to the « confidential » answers to help them choose employees!?!
I laughed so hard when that survey email came in.
Pratt EH is playing serious head games with its employees. the pulse survey came out yesterday. Do they expect good feedback from any employee at this point? Also open enrollment starts. They are trying real hard to make everyone think layoffs are not happening or they are the most confused company ever.
