I’m willing to bet that OP meant to post this on the Marathon PETROLEUM page. They are actively doing layoffs this week.
They slaughtered the poor b–tards. I’ve seen it before back in 2015. Why any id–t would talk a salary job for that company is beyond me. Especially going from being a union hourly worker.
Why’re your so angry at the company? Clear she he/she wasn’t providing any value so they trimmed the fat...it happens in corporate America; get over it.
Clearly as I mentioned before as well it’s not over plus there is next quarterly meeting. So expect more a week prior.
What department or asset was you other half in?
I've been trying to tell people layoffs aren't over yet. They are just doing it one by one thinking no one notices.
