Does anyone else feel uncomfortable using the counter phones during covid? When we call customer service about a problem with Belk card they sometimes ask to speak to customer and then ask to speak to us again. We are passing a phone that has been to someone’s face!! How is everyone dealing with this? I have witnessed customers and associates very uncomfortable with this.

Our customers come to us to make simple calls to CS for them. I think anything that they can do over the phone shouldn't be done by us tbh. We have spoiled tf out of them in the worse way.
Use a wipe. Nobody will think it's rude.
Wow . You should be uncomfortable. That's. Not good but I don't know what else you could do . Someone needs to come up with an answer . I know it would seem rude to wip the phone off when you get it back from the customer but that's the only answer I have.
