So with the current problems going on in this country, this big company can’t help but terminate at least 2 of their already dwindling minorities they employ. This is after creating teams and wasting employees times on how they can improve diversity within. I have a suggestion, work harder on maintaining the few you’ve convinced to move to Findlay, Ohio.

Optics aren't good when three women in their 50s are let go from one team.
I, for one, am getting tired of the attitude manifested in this post. If two resumes are submitted, with substantially the same qualifications, ages, educations, experience, etc., with one being an ethnic minority and/or female, the other a white male, the former gets the job, hands down, EVERY time. HR Departments at major companies are clones of each other, without an original thought to be found in any of them.
More whites than minorities were let go, everyone wants to holler racial discrimination on everything these days.

Of course people want to turn this into a racial issue. The ignorance is shining bright here. I guess the whites that got fired yesterday didn’t have enough white privilege right?
People of all demographics are being let go. I also know of one minority that was promoted as a result of some of the restructuring, so it clearly isn’t a race issue. Quit trying to make an issue about something that doesn’t play into it at all. It is just a really tough time for a lot of people.
Pretty sure I witnessed over 20 White people laid off today in WV and KY. These lay offs are affecting all races.
Are you really surprised? This is what you get when the rubber meets the road for these virtue signalling companies. All of those efforts were just to play into the cultural pressures.

Are you serious? They are laying off more than 30% of their workforce. Employees of all colors will be affected.
