After 30 years service, I was walked out by my manager for bad PFT, manager was clueless, HR was useless. A good manger will work with his team to coach and help develop their skills. I am very sorry about the union hourly employees Layoff news. Life goes on after Pratt&Whitney. God Bless.

The Performance Review Process is a joke! If you don’t bow to the axx hxxe manager, you get F—. Do not take a salary job at Pratt&Whitney. Stay the F— in the UNION. Try to get another job with another smaller company.

Aerospace giant Raytheon Technologies will cut 15,000 jobs as a result of the downturn in commercial air travel — more than double the number it had previously forecast.
