BKR is the most Neanderthal of them all. Nothing about it screams high tech.
The leaders dream, but they can’t seem to align the people and resources to bring it to fruition. They begin the project, somewhere in the middle it fails, and finally the heads are replaced by someone else even more clueless and the story repeats.
backward management methods applied by backward people. dynamic companies embrace artificial intelligence, machine learning (algorithm creation) and modern management theory. dumb companies still chase after Neanderthal themes because of limited education.
management was hopeless uneducated out of their depth. stoneywood was a freaking shambles. checking everyone holding handrails was a top management function also sitting up straight at workplace and making up fictitious safety observations to get safety awards. no surprise performance went down the toilet. should have focus on client and sales not this sxxxx.
how did you in aberdeen lose all your drilling contracts when competitors kept their work - poor management or didnt know what you were doing or both. sounds like mucho incompetence all round

Let’s see how well your company fares with the “cheaper to keep” -Family Dollar versions of of these former employees. Education and experience no longer matters and it’s going to bite them in the a–.

Sad but long gone are the days when baker was a proper drilling company with good equipment and first class field hands.
hal and slb and weatherf still have drilling work in north sea aberdeen
Do we still have an Aberdeen drilling department ? Or is this a figment of last posters imagination ?
Directional drillers have been rotting deadwood for years.

This is a beaten company. No one defends them no one respect them
Geoscientists need to be thinned out in the Middle East offices.
