Hearing a lot of crying here. I’m still going to push $150K this year despite all of the obstacles. Difference is some of us can adapt - some can’t. Don’t blame the company for letting you go. That’s on you.

avoid using f-words and insults here, mods delete those posts and sometimes ban you from posting any further. just sayin’
It’s people that write things like this that never had to work to build a book of business from scratch. It’s very easy to adapt to taking over other peoples accounts and call them your own.
Don’t blame the company:
- for furloughing you
- over-billing customers
- not delivering products for weeks
- not responding to customers or answering their concerns
That’s on the rep
Lots of comments that may or may not be true going round. Below are facts!
- I was furloughed
- I was not a rep, but worked behind the scenes for over 10 years.
- I certainly did nothing wrong for the company to place me on furlough, except perhaps that I'm over age 45.
Who but WB ? !!
That’s all fine and dandy...but the reality is you probably should be making closer to 250K if the company wasn’t greedy and destroying margins and paying pennies for PPE. That’s the issue right now and why you’ve got rookies all the way up to top 25 writers (I believe 3 in the last few weeks?) jumping ship.
Good on you for still bringing in a decent amount..but the reality is many people have too high of a moral compass to continue to bring in twice the volume for half the pay all while being given 0 direction by the company.
