Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Those who are privileged and those who are not

It seems to me that no matter how much I work, there’s no way I’m going to get any recognition if I’m not one of the manager’s favorites. I have a hard time with that because I'm losing the will to work. I understand that there are privileged workers in every company, but it seems to me that Walmart is at the forefront in that regard, am I right?
