With Black Friday coming up in less than two weeks, I’m in panic because I’m already feeling the work fatigue. It’s definitely the hardest day of the year for me to work, and I guess for most of the rest of you. When we compare the past few holiday seasons, how much harder is it for you this year, which is marked by the pandemic, than in previous years?
