Anyone would like to share Base salary, level, years of experience, merit% and bonus %.

167K base. level 13. Merit 10%. Bonus 40%
@eseo+17XMi670 How does a 7 only have an 8% profit share? Isn't it 13% across the board for all 7s?
(In early 2019) 7a $105k base, which was on the low end for 7a
Level 7b 107k base 25 years experience 4 weeks vacation and 8% profit share.
67k, agency employee, 13 years experience. (2018)
I could be wrong or things could have changed but my understanding is that entry level people/TRACK engineers are promoted to 5B after their 1st year. Depending on your performance that salary bump is anywhere between 6%-10%. After that initial bump and once you are done with your rotations then it may take you 2-4 years to get to Level 6A Or maybe even more depending on your assignments and performance.
Entry level 68k , level 5A, should be 3% and bonus should be 10% hopefully.
How many years it takes to move to second level and how much promotion salary increase comes with it? Any ideas folks
$94k base, Level 6A, 5 years of experience, 0% merit since I joined the company late last year, 10% prorated bonus
84k base, level 6B, 5 years of exp, 3%, 10% bonus.
$175 base, level 13A, 20 years, 10%, 40%
75k base, level 5A, 3 years of exp.
Merit at 3% and bonus at 10%.
