Did they hire employees back at corporate after the mass layoff of 700 people in May? Is it still a skeleton staff? That is a good indicator if this company will survive in 2021. Notice how executives have been silent about the financial status of the company. Sycamore is ruining the Belk name.

I don’t think that they have restarted corporate. AFAIK, a lot of those positions were permanently eliminated.
Between the racks and carts and shipping supplies, the store basically looks like a warehouse that we allow people to shop in. It’s disgusting.
Customers keep asking me if Belk is closing because our store no longer has RL Polo and stuff is dirt cheap.
