We were warned a second wave might come so every retailer should have focused months ago on honing the online experience- the merchandise, the experience, the delivery. 'nuf said.

There have been four confirmed cases of coronavirus at our location-herald square.
The second and third waves are already here.
Sales are all that matter. People can be replaced. Ask any brainwashed Macy's exec for confirmation.
Is there really a list of what they consider "high risk" stores for covid infections?
Has your store had positive cases? Stores in NY have like roosevelt field, queen center and herald square. At herald square one case was in AST who are doing the wellness checks.
Management needs to take greater precautions to keep us safe. You are right- the covid positive rates are going through the roof all across the country, yet management continues to walk past customers and colleagues who are not wearing masks that cover BOTH THEIR NOSE AND MOUTH. Aerosols, people, aerosols- you know, those really tiny particles of virus that hang in the air FOR HOURS after a person who may be sick, but without symptoms, exhales in an indoor space- like a department store.
In addition, it would be nice if management LED as opposed to FOLLOWED, company "standards" and moved that plexiglass from in front of the registers to where it might do some good- you know, like to the counter-space at the wrap stands where human beings actually have some face-to-face contact. Pathetic. Even the customers are commenting.
