Must wear dress shirts from gap kids
Must pretend to be a tough guy in town halls
Ideal candidate will believe that simply stating analysts don’t understand him will increase the stock value
Total lack of accountability while constantly stating all other must be accounting
Candidate should bring an ability to blame literally everything wrong with the world on prior management
Should bring two executives with him from previous employer that realize he is a failure and quickly jump ship
Ideally has absolute power, guaranteeing no one stops video emails stating how employees do not work when at home
Must be willing to let 9 out of 10 employees go, all while making an obscene amount of money for doing nothing but fail each step of the way
