Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Transferring from Sam's Club to Walmart?

Do any Walmart Associates recommend this?

I've seen alot of people jump from Walmart to Sam's, mainly leads and managers but rarely the other way around.

Any pros and cons to speak of?

I worked at sams for 19 years and came to Walmart. It was the worse decision ever. You get treated better at sams and it's not so frantic.. walmart managers don't treat people accordingly like they should

Is it true Sam's pays more than Walmart on average?

I would do it for job security Sam’s club wouldn’t be around forever if they don’t profit from their stores couple years ago they shut some down I’d be safe and do it if anything if something does happen they will have a job for you at Walmart I wouldn’t stress it
