So the logical thing to do is write MiddleStates, define the problem, explain the issue, and ask them to investigate. They will have to look, UOPX will have to respond. If the accrediting agency says "duckie", then the graduation rate is acceptable and so is the pay for adjuncts along with their class size. If MiddleStates says one or more things are unacceptable, UOPX will have to file a mitigation plan.
