Well CVS and other small stop business are money losers. Agree that still trying to bank on Walmart and Target business is not the way to go long term. Problem is- at least in the Midwest- that Dean Foods under Ralphie screwed over and ran off so many of the regional grocery chains that had been our best customers for decades that they're reluctant to want to return- yeah, DFA now instead of DF- but same people still in charge of local plants and sales.

Getting rid of a bunch of the small money losing stops is long overdue.
Remains to be seen if DFA can make other changes that Dean Foods should have started a decade ago though.
