Has anyone heard anything about changes to the pension. What I have heard is after 35 years you can retire at full benefits vs waiting till 62. I have heard this from 2 sources anyone else hear anything

I’d love a buyout. And full retirements. World 35 plus years. Have little to no pension. U like most at farm
They give you nothing. You earn it.
As always with the farm, if it benefits them financially, they will do it. No other reason they will do it.
We've heard this before.
Have not heard that rumor but it would be a game-changer for me.
