While the focus is on Theme Parks, Studios and ESPN, Disney is quietly laying off hundreds of Cast Members at the corporate level as well. Yesterday (11/04/2020) much of our Dept. was asked to leave. I have been on furlough since April and was let go yesterday after 23 years with Disney.

What department? I haven't heard of an entire department being let go. I work in Corporate as well

This is so sad, and so much of it wrong. I was let-go in early October, but with just 6 years dedicated to Disney. The media is letting Disney get by with this, with very few stories about what Disney has done to so many loyal cast members.
