I know they raised pay for bakery and deli but people are saying that all other departments are going to be getting a raise next month as well is this true and what will be the new pay?

In a perfect world. Some people are so lazy and goof off all the time and get away with it because they are mangers pets while others bust their butt and don’t even get recognition.
Get rid of myshare. Seemed like a good idea at first but now they just need to give merit based raises. Why should everyone get the same myshare when many people do the least amount of work to not get fired and the rest of us hold the store together? Better to reward those who do the work and get rid of or don't give raises to those who goof off.
I’ll take it. We haven’t had a good myshare in years at my store. When I started we would get 450 last one was like 40.
I've read there may be base pay raised but at the expense of myshare.
