we had a manager get fired when I worked for Belk because she hired her sister and lied about it, then gave the sister a raise and “manager privileges” whatever that means. We were instructed to say the manager was leaving for “health related matters” by our DM. Then about six months later an associate saw the manager waiting tables at a restaurant and took a cell phone video of it. We died laughing 😂 😂😂

We laughed at the fact that belk lies to employees and they found out, not the fact that she was waiting on tables, I cleaned bathrooms at Waffle House so watch who you criticize you ahole.
At least she is working, contributing to society, and not just sitting home. And don't disparage people who wait on tables. You would be shocked at how much they can make in the right situation.
