Rumors are starting to circulate that there have been cases at the head office within the procurement team and that a number of individuals on those floors are now at home in quarantine. Can anyone please confirm (or k–l) this rumor?

Email from CorpCom sent on Saturday. Confirmed 3 cases on 11th floor. Several other positive cases as well (no details). Plan is to work with leaders to respond to each situation. It reiterates how safe the building is, claims no evidence of transmission at work, and that there is no immediate plan to return to WFH.
Informed yesterday that someone on our team tested positive last week. I was advised to take whatever precautions I felt necessary, including working from home this week. No communication from either HR, Homewood Health, or upper management. The plan–if there even is one–looks to entail keeping the news quiet and just casually informing immediate team members/cubicle neighbors.
Over 50 folks have covid and counting !!! stay home everyone !! Time for a union type approach for the sake of your family’s safety ! We are stronger together. Starting next week we all call in sick. Anyone in?.
Right...because working from home is a sure fire way to retain your job
Someone please leak this to the media, so we can work from home.
Just like management to turn a blind eye when there's an issue. How about the rest of us that were told to return to the office 2 months ago and we have had zero flexibility to WFH. Its never been an option. We are supposed to continue going into the building and risk bringing it home to our families. And don't dare ask your manager to WFH because now you have a bullseye on your back in the midst of layoffs.
In the last 3 days, we've had 6 confirmed cases and 7 that have been asked to isolate
Thank you Cenovus buddy, they are exactly the same, old cowboy club. Watch them wiping out the combined company.
Cenovus buddy here, your leaders sound just like ours. Welcome!!!!!
I work on 20th floor and I’m working from home for the next 2 weeks.
There’s been a few positive cases since the weekend.
I don’t like to say it but our ‘leaders’ aren’t being the most transparent about things.
An email was sent out to the team the other day also.

I've heard both floors 20 and 11 had cases this week. Agreed, management wont say squat. They don't want us WFH. Protocol is they will only tell the teams nearby that are affected.
Confirmed. Yes, there are a few cases and they are acting fast on it.
I don’t expect they will advertise this however to prevent panic
