Thread regarding General Motors layoffs

Jump in earnings...what to expect?

As GM recovers profitability and posts stronger than expected quarterly profit, I wonder how the profit sharing plans will be structured.

I hope the profits won't be used just as bonuses for the higher ups.

Any thoughts on how the profit will be used? Does anyone have any insights how we could benefit from these quarterly results?

Yep, over 50. I’ve also hired hundreds of people, but never anyone that speaks ghetto.

Going on a layoff website talking about bonuses. I see they kept the classy employees.

I am in level 6B and my bonus was 10 percent last year.
Is bonus same for all levels such as 7 ,8 or does it add up ?

Probably more firings, just like 2019. While firing everyone then they were posting record earnings.

Maybe Reuss will figure out a way to give himself another promotion, just like 2019.
