Are the new hires from a temp service?

No Temps here.....but minors, who else can bbb get for a low starting wage.
New hires always get paid more. Found this out years ago
Temp work here is no different than illegals getting day work on the side of the road, except I’m indoors and if job is easy you play the game to come back versus going to a different company the next day.
Temps are always paid more because part of their pay goes to the temp agency. Also, their employment is just that, temporary. They can also be released anytime without any notice.
I know at least one large store lost a long time employee because she found out the temps were getting paid more than she was after spending 10 years at Bloodbath.
Whether they are temp to perm, i do not know.
