Company was cited and fined for illegal disposal of toxic and flammable waste. The waste actually caused two fires at the disposal site. Investigation was launched nationwide and found that this disposal was routine and a normal part of business. Who the heck was doing this? Whoever was doing this should be ashamed of themselves.

Probably old batteries - nobody cares and only a news worthy event in California. Now I see why everybody moves to Texas.
