Anybody else feels like their days at Belk are turning more and more into a Monty Python episode?

Our regional manager refuses to address direct questions about the state of the company, that says a lot right there. We have also lost an inordinate number of associates and managers to Burlington stores and target stores..both start at $15 per hr. managers make over $20 easily. Don’t believe anything that Belk TELLS you. just believe what you see happening in front of you.

No. It's not just you. The level of denial from the top down is unbelievable. The place is a joke.
