Make sure you contact ELG group to confirm RJ receipt of Separation Agreement. Call them or send them an e-mail.

I heard from 2 different people that most of us (if RJ received your signed severance) will see the monies deposited on 11/13. Check on Friday. If you don't get it I strongly suggest you contact RJ.
I sent mine using certified mail on 10/21. Then per the previous post I expect to receive a fully signed copy via mail soon.
I mailed my severance agreement on 10/17 and received a fully signed copy back from RJ on 11/4.
I sent mine via certified mail and got the card back where it's acknowledge RJ received it. I have not read anything else saying that I should get something back after that. I would expect my severance pay deposit to my account.
Has anyone who sent the documents via postal mail received anything else via postal mail?
I scanned all ten pages of the severance agreement and emailed to Employment.Practices@Raymondjames.com on 10/17/2020.
I received an acknowledgement email within an hour.
On 10/31/2020, I received the fully executed severance agreement via email.
ELG Group? Do you have a phone number or e-mail of that Group?
Also, did anybody receive signed/executed Severance letter back from RJ?

They were very helpful to me. I had sent in my signed severance via certified mail. Now it is just a waiting game until hopefully next Friday, 10/13 and hopefully my severance will be deposited. Then a month later for ESOP and profit sharing, then I can pull everything I have left in Principal and then I can forget about RJ and how badly we were treated.
