Why do you want to leave Oxy?

I don't have anything bad to say about OXY but I'm glad I was given an option to leave. Time to move forward and start over. May you all be blessed with enough lifeboats on this ship.

WFH is the only thing that has kept me sane and not completely hating OXY. So no. We can all get our work done fine wfh. Get over it dinosaur wfh is going to be a thing for the next 6 months at the rate covid is rising.
OP, could it be that you are burned out from the WFH and just need to get back to the office, even if it is only 1-2 days out of the week. Sometimes physically being with the environment helps work out whatever frustration you have. You might also like to be around others who feel the same way you do. What does your psychologist or psychiatrist say?
What if they just lay you off with a month or two pay. It sounds like you are very unhappy, but not having a job and benefits now would be tough. The days of the large VSP payouts are over. Look at Exxon they cut many with 3 months pay, and now it looks like they will let people leave voluntarily with only 4 months pay. If we have layoffs or VSP it is going to be a lot less months pay this time. For me I will be glad to keep working. Good luck.
