Let’s be honest here. How many of you would think twice about joining this company if you knew then what you know now? This place doesn’t give a fig about any of its employees and had I known that before I decided to apply here I would have definitely run for the hills without a backward glance! And something tells me I'm not the only one.

Once a leader in innovation of new products they sadly have become a follower. So I agree if your young it probably a great first job but I’d move on after 2 or 3 years to a company that respects its employees.
I hope the CEO reads these. Mr, “we’re going to cut salaries for a bit to save jobs during the time of COVID. I mean, we’re just going to RIF everyone that makes too much so we can replace you.”
I wouldn’t recommend NCR to anyone who could get a job elsewhere. This is especially true of software developers and QA.
