I work at another store in the area and when the store manager found out, they have been trying to get me out. Is there anything or anyone that I can speak to about the passive aggressiveness I am experiencing from them since the eliminated all other managers?

If you are working for another retailer that is a competitor, i.e. sells the same goods, you are in violation of the company's conflict of interest policy. The manager shouldn't be treating you passive aggressively, rather clarifying for you the policy and giving you the opportunity to resign from the other company if indeed there is a conflict of interest. You can go to solutions instore if you feel you are in compliance with the conflict of interest policy (i.e. you work at another retailer, but it's a grocery store or hardware store) because no leaders should be treating you poorly based on this situation. Even if you are in the wrong.
What is "another store"? Is it another big box store, a competitor?
Talk with your State Human Rights Organization or labor department soon
Your allowed to work for other companies now. Macy’s used this “ trade secret “ nonsense to keep people from working two jobs. There’s no secret Macy’s is going under. You may be part of a lay off coming and they don’t want to pay you a package
