This place was once a great place that valued and respected employees. Now it seems they do yearly layoffs.. and during a pandemic??? That shows how much they care about their people.. glad I got out in time.. what a joke.

Used to be a great place to work, until the influx of BoA id–ts at the executive level. They no longer care about the people that do the work. Just a matter of time before their reputation follows that of BoA.
Schwab lost any class it had a while ago. C-appy products, c-appy systems, and bloated waste of space middle managers fill the ranks of the company.
It’s always been my theory that they got too fat on middle managers who got hired on in the dot com era; the sabbatical plus the vacation and sick time is pretty attractive plus the bonus system used to be decent. That lead to a lack of turnover, no one is gonna get rich working for Chuck but it’s reliable.
