So focus is 100% on STH. Margins are about 10-15% less than in-store sales, even before counting returns. Walmart can afford it, not smaller companies. Belk lost interest to customers in stores (long lines, no recovery, no merchandising, no visual, no markdowns) and press them to shop online by offering deeper discounts. Just picking through the mess. Is Belk not able to balance up both ways or purposely destroying in-store business?

Think we had 3 or 4 reincarnations of rock the dock...then the infatuation with black belt management...then the outsourcing of maintenance... then THE CLOUD....and then and then and then....till they sold out, took the money and ran...
