The senior execs are upset the CTXS stock price has dropped to the exact spot from a year ago while the rest of the peer market has risen 70%.
This has severely negatively affected their bonuses and they are not happy.
The only way to get back the bonuses is with a massive culling across the company.
Insiders say a huge culling unlike anything seen in CTXS history is planned for December
Pray and good luck to all

How'd this prediction pan out? mo–n much? No layoffs in December...
cost savings and employee reduction planned for emea. confirmed.
A large culling? Probably not. Instead, I’ve been hearing that the plan is to flatten the org and move to a vertical & geo model.
There will be large layoffs but they will be tactical so as to not upset the masses. Be ready for anything.....
Very unlikely for that to happen this year. We are still making money and many areas have surpass their goals already.
Next year may get scary mainly to the continuation of shutdowns due to covid and new policies that may come from the elect president. That will have a bigger impact than anything internal at Citrix.
Yet, Citrix continues to benefit from the stay at home practices from many companies but at the same time many of these customers will be force to significantly reduce their budget.
I think overall, we are in a better place than the other 90% of tech companies.
If anything the real damage will be seen by Q2 2021.
In the hallways of your house? Everyone is working from home. Stop spreading false rumors.
I personally don't think there will be a major culling due to the fact the company hasn't made a big one for years. Those days are over...
But I am 100% sure they will continue to cut down, and it is an ongoing activity. It will happen but not like the old good days.
Fall is the best time for a good olde fashioned CTXS culling
It seems inevitable to have a huge culling just before the holidays, like all the previous years....
I’ve heard this whispered in the hallways
