All Frontier knows how to do is kick the can on down the road. Until they are held to the fire they will hide behind their lawyers and refuse to reinvest in West Virginia. The outside plant is falling apart because management refuses to implement any kind of service improvement plan at all. What technicians left are made to run and put out the biggest “fires” so the PSC doesn’t have to get involved. Micromanagement has k–led this company from the get go! C-ap rolls downhill and the outside techs are at the bottom. Not enough techs to maintain everyday functions much less have time to improve plant. Morale has been at an all time low because no relief or help available. Just miserable!
Screw morale, just tell them you are fixing the plant that's been neglected. Put in the OT. They got their game play yours. The only loyalty is your benefit and your families.

Hopefully, W.V does not sign off on this. Frontier is still trying to maintain copper, and we have other companies running fiber in parts of W.V. It's sad when you see smaller companies come in, and start placing fiber for fiber to the home.
It doesnt help that they have gone through 3 CEOs in less than 10 years either so loyalty starts back over with each one.
Frontier keeps pointing out how many customers they have lost to competition. How many have they lost because customers are just tired of Frontier no longer caring about Customer Service? Loyalty will really go a long way, but Frontier no longer knows the definition of loyalty, to customers or employees.
