Does anyone have information on possible transition positions or opportunity to apply for the huge number of Jon’s that weren’t filled in selection as part of our redeployment?

if they jobs were not filled it is likely another way to reduce headcount without affecting existing employees as much in the next round of cuts which will inevitably happen. They will just have to remove vacant positions.
Jobs not filled cause some expat is waiting on the side (UK or SA)... once this is over, these pals will be brought over from now defunct refineries. Positions cannot be filled with expats now due to legal reasons.

If the jobs weren’t filled it means they don’t have good candidates or fits for them so people from the outside would need to fill. Redeployment starts Monday.
