Until Walmart commits to stopping the use of contract laborers like Cognizant, Tata etc. and commits to hiring minority Americans instead I won’t believe a word of their commits to racial equity.

Their hiring system is against minorities. Their tech recruitment tactics are opposite to their statement about valuing diversity. The funny thing is that they dont hire real talent. Someone sold them lies.
What would you expect from walmart tech anyways. Theyre only trying to please others. They arent interested in saving money for tech. If you want to work with the worse tech talent in the USA then wait 1-2 years and youll see near 0 talent there. Walmart is at war with talent. Its pretty obvious when you see a list of their new hires.
