Best day at Resideo was the last day and then watching in rear view as it self-destructs with hapless management. So many were saved the daily pain via layoff or outright abandoning ship for a brighter future. It was doomed before it stood up, doubt there will be a 3 year anniversary.
Those 2 years are my best. I got promoted multiple times and on track for VP. Rezi considers me so critical that I got moved to GV, Atlanta and Austin.
However, If you’re Hon please get out.
If you’re management don’t go. Why would you leave being grossly overpaid for no results?
That layer of management is always protected.
If you are a worker ... you’re screwed. We will replace you by the next t-shirt....
