with all the LOC closing HR not needed to chase down all the harassments , "Johnny doesn't like me anymore issues" with employees. Great savings are in store for the farm and could not happen to a better group of id–ts (HR)that cannot think for themselves , HR manuel required to get coffee! 0ne profession that the farm ran into the ground.

Yes, it’s true. The employees were notified last week and there’s an announcement for all employees posted in the message center with information on these changes.
In our current environment where everything, even pre-covid, was and is moving to virtual there is no longer a need for L&D. Put the training in MyBlock and schedule me 45min to take the class.
