Why 3 years paycheck statements?

Back in 2016, I moved all my personal files off my company computer onto a thumb drive. I also copied my last 3 years of paycheck statements to the same thumb drive. Don’t forget to copy all your important emails and delete everything else. It took me a few days to carefully scan through 2,000 emails. Shred all personal and sensitive paper documents you don’t want to keep or have laying around at the office. If you created any sophisticated spreadsheets, keep a few copies on your flash drive for future repurposing. Print your latest retirement calculation scenarios.

I plan on trying to get everything that isn't Chevron proprietary off of my One Drive. The process is very convoluted, but I think your supervisor is the only person needed to approve it. Was told my network access would be cutoff Nov 13. So I will be finalizing that next week.
