There is no way to complete everything asked of us with hours as lean as they are. We are struggling to keep up with current traffic and juggle STH.
Hours of operation keep expanding with no added payroll, expectations are higher than pre Covid, but stores are still running on post Covid hours. Senior management could care less what is actually going on In the company. I wounded what’s really going on in the background.

this is what happens right before a company goes belly up. Sears was operated the same way. get out now...run fast..
Do I get it right- you purposely put employees in such environment so they leave? Do you want them to leave? And you kindly recommend Amazon?
You do not work for Belk. We’re now taking 1/2 hour breaks to preserve allocated hours. Some of our employees have left or went part time due to One Belk work requirements. Amazon! Full time, 4 day work weeks and choice of schedule.
