It’s not that I haven't noticed it but I’ve also seen here on this thread ( @1hsp+17CdeoDq ) that employees of some Allstate’s departments don’t like each other. I think it's crazy and I’ve always wondered why is that so? Can someone please explain it to me.

They’re forced to divert work to one another in order to reach production goals. Breeds animosity.
The only ones that don’t like the ASAP department are the lazy agents who don’t want to do their job or expect Allstate to break state mandated guidelines so a customer won’t yell at them
I don’t really dislike any departments honestly. I’m in rmbc
Op, what department are you in and I'll tell you why you are not liked
Are you serious??? With all that is going on THIS is your issue??
It’s as though each department is its own company, all competing for the same client, at least in home office.
Some are generous with promotions and and others are not. Some are good at sharing information and others guard it like secrets. Dress codes vary wildly between departments with some in jeans and others requiring slacks and a collared shirt. I’ve seen people in flip flops and others in ties, all in the same meeting.
It’s perceived as unfair and promotes discord.
