More disappointments. No retirements, no VP positions eliminated. JB body guard Centeno getting promotion. Avery lieutenant on the rise. Sevin encroaching power. Poor Barnes stretch out before retirement. Apache mafia keeps their strongholds. We need uncle Icahn to shuffle this thing soon.
Since there it no plan, lets continue with the same old same old

APC also had different levels of Directors and Managers but it was not apparent in their titles. They had Director I, Director, II, Manager I, Manager II, etc.
For me it comes down to the fact that some of the people receiving promotions lack career experience. Just check their LinkedIn!
You think your previous APC company execs did you right but they actually screwed you royally and the OXY people too. Sh– show for sure.
It seems like all of the BS is because of APC and not OXY.
Behold!!! The rise of the caste of Sr. Director.
Next steps:
Sr. Manager
Sr. Team Lead
Sr. Lead
As long as we boost the ranks of supervisors we’ll manage ourselves out of this mess.
Work is sooooo last century!
The shareholders deserve to know what is going on. In detail. How can the SEC let a company like this keep operating the way they are.
Yes, can someone tell us who is running the ops of this damn company. VH too embarrassed to publicly announce?🤔 management changes. It was only 5 or 6 years ago that they issued press releases for VP level and above.
Someone publish an org chart. Use initials if you have to.
Insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results. We just need to go bankrupt already and clear house on the entire EC and BOD. Promoting all these unnecessary layers and positions is not what you should be doing when our stock is valued at less than $9. Nepotism and cronyism defines OXY. This company completely s—s to work for now. What about all the other raises and bonuses that were put on hold due to the low price environment? Oh that's right, only for some people not everyone if they are one of the useless VP/middle manager's favorites.
Most wouldn’t retire until early next year.
