I was manager and step down, unfortunately the DM and HR didn't like me and lower my hourly rate to 12.00 an hour with 20 years experience . Now I'm a manager again and the company continue to Target us employee with more than 20 years of service.

I have seen it both ways. The market I was in you had to transfer. The market manager was a dic—ad who got the “encouraged to retire” message from the region. A neighboring market had like half their management team step down and stay in their store. Co Manager stepped down to L & G DM. Another stepped down and took over OGP.

You most likely will be fired - even if you step down your days will be numbered - your Market and Regional manager don’t like retreading managers at all.

Yes you can step down as a salaried manager. You have to go through sedgewick. Has to be a medical reason. It is also possible to stay in the same store depending on the situation.
