Hire vendors, hire inexperienced people. Get vendors permanent job. Make the work environment feel less inclusive and more corrupt. And tada, you have your formula for discouraging talent and making them hate your company more. I know walmart is trying to make the work environment better but so many pre existing issues are still there. How do you expect the homeoffice to get better when you dont do anything to the people that have their own ulterior motives and have destroyed the culture. Too much foreign influence here, it is no longer an American company.
