Why has Brosnan Forest and the corporate jet not been sold. This is a complete waste of money and would help get the operating ratio down.

The forest is a complete tax write off, and when carbon credits are pushed on the railroads NS will have the all of this area.
They would only get rid of it if it was for the agreement employees.
We can’t get rid of it. It helps us recruit talent. We would never land these “D student can’t find a job anywhere else” mechanical engineers without it.
Don't forget about the private yachts the upper dogs party on.
