PFNA employees have until November 6 to apply for special voluntary retirement program. Will PBNA offer the same after the November 6th window closes? Thoughts?

Would incoming campus interns be eligible for a years pay too?
It didn't sound like it listening to the PFNA town hall. Go to the video on it and listen. They do through a bunch of groups that will not qualify.

And Hopefully IT gets offered the same.
It largely depends on how the PFNA buyout goes. whatever happens, this voluntary buy out is really going to change how our company looks. There are a lot of people taking the package that might not normally get laid off. I'm thinking that is going to create a lot of problems as manager scramble to figure out how they're going to fill roles or even if they will get filled. Beyond that the domino effect of all those retirements is going to be huge.
Many people hope so.
