Anyone think with the new "Store Lead" "SM In training" position with the 18-24 month training plan that's it's because they are going to get rid of some very high paid SM's in the near future?

No need for calibrations. Store managers and market managers are getting the axe now from Regionals. They are using GWP to do it. It’s being done silently and under the radar just like store closures have been done. Store managers and market managers are “retiring” just before the axe falls.
My store manager sits on his throne all day reading the wire and all the sudden he's a expert. It's time calibrate the store managers!!!!
It's time for Store Manager calibration. Corporate has calibrated along eliminated, restructure, pushed out from every level asm to executive. Is time for SM calibration. This company has lost a lot of great talent due to restructure, inconsistent calibration.
Store management that has been here for 20 years and makes a lot really should be more worried I Saw them kick out good people for a lot less and my store managers is not all good
Store managers job title and responsibilities will change and they will have more than one store in the future and that leaves the store lead to run things in their place. Eventually I’m sure they’ll find a way to phase them out and store leads will be the new norm. Way less money. My store lead sits on his behind all day in the office and barks orders and makes a cool $70k + whatever their bonus is.
RFLMAO ! Depends on how much a$$ they ki$$ between then and now ! That is how it’s always determined! Especially with Walmart!
It’s been that way for the last 30years why can’t anyone figure that out by now !
The gutless leadership of Divisionals / Regionals and especially the MARKET MANAGERS have built it this way !
